    5. Most applications need to go through review and approval. Depending on the type of service you are applying for, the waiting period may vary.
  5. When paying for the a service, how do i confirm that the payment has gone through?
    6. Upon making a payment on our platform, you shall receive a confirmation receipt that usually contains the reference bill and account of the transaction made.
  6. What should i do if there is a delay in the confirmation of payment?
    7. Please wait for the confirmation message from M-Pesa or the Bank before you contact the customer care desk for further assistance.
    Do not attempt to make the payment again before receiving confirmation, as you may end up making the payment twice.

Pricing
